Are you using a DJ? Ours helped us set up the whole time line as we were both clueless.
Our reception venue helped us with the timing for the food and the DJ helped with the rest of the timeline. It has been so long that I don't have the timeline anymore.
There is a great wiki for this question! http://wiki.weddingbee.com/Wedding_day_timeline

So I'm a month away from my wedding and realized I really don't know how the evening 'goes'. I haven't been to a wedding in years and at that point I wasn't concerned with planning my own!
Can anyone show me their agenda for the reception?
Specifically, I'm not sure when the cake cutting happens, or speeches (is there a speech surrounding the cake cutting or do you just walk up there and cut...so awkward!) and I'm a little blurry on the role of the MC.
Our dinner is at 6:30 and we are doing our first dance as soon as we walk in...but other than that, I am a little lost on what would be a good flow of things.
