So I’m getting married in Aug 2014 and I’ve had a few issues with the bridal store where I’d purchased my dress from.
Firstly my hair trial was meant to be set up in Feb but when I went in to see my dress (sample )to check if the wrap I’d got went with it . The lady had said that the sample dress had been sent away and they were awaiting a new one. I went in in December and the sample dress had been sent away in december. My hair trial was booked for feb. So both me and the consultant agreed that it would be best to not go for the hair trial until the dress was back as it’s hard to get the overall look when you’re dressed in your jeans etc.
I’d recieved a phone call on the day of my orginal hair trial asking where i was. I was quite supirsed by this and I’d said that the consultant had agreed that it was best to cancel ( it’s only a small store so I was suprised this info wasn’t passed on )
So whilst I had them on the phone I’d asked about my dress and when they thought it would come in by, the lady said June….My wedding is in August so now I’m really panicking . I’m a shortie (5ft) I just feel that they’re cutting this REALLY FINE!! doesn’t it take a few weeks for alterations to be processed and sorted and if anything went wrong they’d be no time to fix it
What do I do , should I ring them and say my concerns or am I over reacting
