Try wedge heels. I have 4 inch heels which I will be wearing for the reception, but for the walk down the aisle and ceremony, am wearing wedges.
How about wedge flip-flops with a little bling?! (This pair is from affordableelegancebridal.com). I just loved mine and danced the night away!
Looking back, I didn't prepare for this exact thing. If I could do it all over, I'd get these in a heart beat! I eneded up walking around barefoot (I know, gross!). I wish I would have found these earlier!
Cute, comfy, pretty and heeled!
I'm going with the platform flip-flops. Not exactly cute, but no one will be seeing my feet by the time I'm putting them on. They keep the hemline on my dress which ballet flats wouldn't.

My sis bought me a pair of Badgely Mischka shoes for the wedding and I am totally in love with them. However, they have a 4 inch heel. I am used to wearing a 3 inch heel daily but I am afraid I won't last all day in a 4 inch heel.
Does anyone have pics of their back-up shoes? My only concern is that I need my backup shoes to have a bit of height so my dress is not dragging on the floor.
The only option I have found is platform flip flops?
Anyone else have any ideas.
