We did this!!! We gave our guests mini champagne bottles as gifts. I'll post a pic of how cute they were as soon as I get them. We bought Cook's champagne. We found them on sale at Smart and Final.

We were thinking of buying wine or champagne as favors. Just wondering if anyone is thinking of doing the same thing and if so:
What brand are you getting?
and
How much are they per bottle/or case?
A number of liquor stores have suggested J.Roget champagne and while it's only around $1.50 per split - I hear it's terrible and can make you sick. Of course I don't want to make our guests sick with cheap booze.
Did you buy wine or sparkling wine instead?
Yes I've already Googled but I thought you ladies might know more. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
