Have you tried the body wash from Neutrogena? It works well for me. Also comes in a nice grapefruit scent!

If its important to you, I would recommend seeing your primary doctor or dermatologist, because there are many different kinds of prescription products that are stronger than over the counter products for acne.  It may be a more expensive route, but you will just have to decide what is important to you!!

I agree about the Neutrogena Pink Grapefruit body wash!  There are also body sprays that you can use to help your acne to decrease.

The neutrogena is great but i also use something called black soap. It exfoliates the skin. It gets rid of dark marks and evens out skin. It is made from shea, cocoa plants, plantains. A lil goes along way. It comes in a big bar looks like a brownie. I love it. you will notice a difference in 1 week and it last forever I swear.  Oh and depending on your area it cost $5. It is good on all skin.

Watch what you wear to bed, avoid tight tops and wash your sheets/pillow covers often.

If you have sensitive skin, try St. Ives Green Tea body wash (not the exfoliating kind) to prevent breakouts. Neutrogena and anything exfoliating are way to harsh for my skin, so I used the St. Ives Green Tea stuff. I also use their Green Tea face wash. Both work really well for me!

I get chesh acne sometimes and the BEST product to get rid of it once it’s there is Avon Clearskin Overnight Blemish Treatment. It’s got salycic acid and I think it’s meant for your face, but I use it on my chest at night and it clears it up within two days. It works really well for me! Good luck!

@scgirl21:  it took about two weeks for 90 percent to clear up and a month for it all to disappear.
