I’d say to mix them with normal (not covered balloons) in your theme color so that those will help the laced ones rise up too … perhaps tie them together as group of 3s: 2 normal ones in white and *your theme color* and a lace one…. I think weight would not be a problem then?

Also… I love them too… Can you let me know where you get the tutorials??? Thank you!!

Fishing line/wire is a great way to hang things, it’s almost invisable but it’s very strong. And you can buy thousands of feet at a time for pretty cheap!

You could hang them above the head or sweetheart table with fishing line. Drop a small fishing weight in the balloon before you blow them up so they will hang straight down.

These are helium balloons but you would end up with the same look.

@leecy87:  Do you have a pic of your venue? It’s hard to give helpful advice when we don’t have all the information.

Even if you can’t access the ceiling, sometimes you can string a line across the room at a height that will work, then hang the fishing line from that.

@leecy87:  Apparently other people have accessed the ceiling beams. See the pic with the fabric draping.

If their rules have changed and you can’t wrap some fishing line around the beams to hang your balloons, you could attach 3M Comand Hooks to the walls and string fishing line taut between them, then drop a line from that for the balloons.

If the beams are metal you can also use Click Clack magnets.

Your venue is gorgeous. Do you also want to use the balloons in your ceremony space?

@leecy87:  you can have poles (wood, pmv, whatever) along your table to support a trellis over your table to hang them (and flowers, and candles) from
