The library usually has internet. Or he could ask his sisters/mom/aunts
Can't he look on your computer and then delete the history. Or better yet come up with something original on his own. I don't really think its necessary to look up ways to propose. If he knows you he should know what type of proposal you would like and can think of it himself.
@PuntaCanaBride: He does know me very well and knows what I would like. He's just curious as to any extra ideas, or ways to improve his I guess. I have no problem with him using my comp and have offered many times, it's just that our schedules doesn't allow for any time to do things when we're together. I mean, we see eachother for less than half hour a day, and that's his only chance to get online.
Also he doesn't have any siblings, and his mom has no interest in 'traditional' anything, let alone helping him with the proposal.
Does he have a friend's house he could go to? Or one of your friends? Could you let him into your house when you aren't there to use the computer? Go to a university? Library?

He could check out the bridal section in the newspaper, it sometimes has stories of how people proposed.
It might be a long shot but could he talk to the jeweller? Surely they would know heaps of stories.

Today, my bf asked me of a way he can look up ideas for proposals, especially without me being able to read them. I told him he could come here, but the problem is he doesn't have a computer yet, though he is saving up for one. What do I tell him?? He is really wanting to find out amazing ideas for proposals and I can't know anything about it. What did you do??
