I have 2 curved bands wedding & anniversary! I have not had issues at all. They stay put and I've had them for a little ov er 2 years.
First off, your engagement ring is gorgeous! I really like the style of the wedding band you chose. I guess my only other thought is that it has some patterning that is missing from your engagement ring. It might be nicer if you could possibly find one without the patterning? But, if you love it, then go for it!
@rrll10119: Thanks for the response! I really do want a curved band and am happy to hear you've had no issues.
@colli459: Thanks! I will do a band without the etching since mine is so plain and classic.
Mine doesn't spin as much as I thought it would. I never thought I'd solder but I'm rethinking because the the curved band looks funny by itself and I'll never wear the ering by itself so why not solder? Hmmm
Mine doesn't spin as much as I thought it would but it doesn't always stay put either. I have a habit of straightining them out perfectly so you would never really notice they weren't soldered. I decided not to solder mine because they came from 2 different stores and by soldering them, I would lose my warranty on whichever wasn't from the store that the soldering is taking place. Not worth it to me. They just plain don't spin enough.
Sorry, no advice. Just wanted to say your ring is GORGEOUS!
I got a curved band to go with my ering (not married yet so havent worn it much) but my band did not move much at all. If you like the curved look go for it, I dont want to solder mine at all but the slight movement doesnt bother me. Good luck and congrats your ring is showstopping!
I haven't gotten married yet but I did get a curved band. I don't know about the movement thing.

I have an emerald cut center diamond set with a trapezoid diamond on each side (Just like Kim Kardashian's ring, but much smaller). Center is 1 carat and the sides are .20 carats each. My ring sits low, so I've been thinking I would like a curved, channel set diamond band (dimonds just on the front, not an eternity). I tried this one on at hannoush and liked it, I would have it made in platinum and skip the etching.

my ering looks like this:
I called the place that made my ring and asked them about curved bands they offer and the woman said they could make anything but that I should know a curved band would not stay put and that I would most likley want my rings soldered together. I do not want to solder my rings. I was so sure that I wanted a curved band but now I'm seconding guessing. Bees with curved bands do you have any issues?
