I'm reading "Taking Charge of your Fertility" right now and it is really helpful. I have learned so much from it. I started charting this month and will be TTC in April. I'm also taking prenatals and stopped drinking alcohol. My FI also stopped drinking as well. I think you should get that book. It's very informative.
The book also has a website to help track and chart. I also love the forums for the book also. The web address is www.tcoyf.com
I also recommend Making Babies: The Proven 3 Month program for Max fertility.
Good Luck!
@mmsva: Thanks! I will pick up both books. Fingers crossed!
I don't have anything new to add, haha, but I'm going to go ahead and recommend both of those books, too. I love TCOYF, and have heard only awesome things about the other. Good luck!
@redsmarties: Thanks for the encouragement :-) With all of the good lucks I kinda feel like I'm about to write an exam or run a really big race or something haha. P.S. I love your username.

Hi ladies. So after a lot of consideration DH and I have decided to try and have a baby :-) I hope I am posting this in the right forum. I was just wondering if there are any books that you recommend that explain all of the charting, temperature taking, vitamins I should be taking etc etc etc.? I have been reading up a bit on here but to be honest I find all of the acronyms a little confusing. I saw that someone recommended "Taking Charge of your Fertility". Is that the best one?
And a little background info...I'm 35, DH is 41. I have been keeping track of my periods since May. I seem to be getting my period about every 27 days.
Thanks ladies!!
