Hmmm... that's a tough one, especially not really knowing the people. How about a nice wallet? Or keychain... my friend bought me a Coach keychain for Christmas one year that I really love, and I don't think it was super expensive.
Or maybe a piece of jewellery? I don't know what your budget is but there are nice things out there that aren't too expensive.
Are they coffee drinkers? How about some fancy/yummy coffee beans and if they don't have a grinder you could get one of those too!
My first suggestion was going to be a nice bottle of wine but you veto-ed that :)
I'd get a cute clutch or a mongrammed necklace. Maybe you can get a clutch they can use at the wedding - so like in gold or silver, or in the wedding colors?
I got my Aunt personalized stationary for helping with my shower ($3 from Snapfish with free stationary coupon code). Then my 3 BMs a small change purse from Forever 21 ($3 each) with a giftcard to use towards their wedding hair ($20 each). I got my Grandma a potted plant that is just the plant and the bulb since she likes gardening ($10).
They all are getting thank you notes as well. Hope this helps!
Another bee just posted this a few days ago and I loved the idea and just finished doing the same thing for my hostess gifts yesterday.
I got them each a body wash, a loufa and a little candle, wrapped it in one of those cello bags, tied it off with ribbon and it has a tag on it that says "I hope your next shower is just as wonderful as mine was!" It turned out sooo cute!

Hey Bees! My bridal shower is this Sunday and I am totally lost on what to get as a hostess gift. My one aunt is hosting it (all but 1 BM's are out of the country) and my other 2 aunts have helped a ton in the planning. One of them is flying in from a different Province to be here!
I would like to get all 3 of them a gift, but am totally lost. They're all in the 45-55 range but pretty up on current fashion. I want something that can be taken back on the plane, so no big gift baskets. And I don't want to/can't spend a ton of money, but a bottle of wine or some lotion is not quite enough.
I have noooooooo clue!! Ideas? Help!
