My wedding isn’t until December, but both of the dresses I’m in love with aren’t due to deliver until September so I want to order my dress as soon as possible! I’m 5’2, slim and plan on wearing either bright red or cream heels. I also will be doing the tulle birdcage thing since my vision for the look is modern vintage/rustic. The ceremony/reception is taking place inside of a Brookyln loft restuarant with exposed brick, wrought iron and vintage chandeliers. The reception is casual for the most part and my gorgeous groom is wearing a grey suit. I love both of these dresses because of the ethereal yet structural tulle/organza, but they are completely different in their overall feel. One has a modern shape while the other has a more classic shape. I’ll still be able to get the abstract, vintage and rustic look I’m aiming for with accessories, hair and makeup regardless of which dress I choose… I just want to be unique!
So I ask…which one?!!
Dress # 1 Vera Wang White- A bit large but you get the idea.
Dress # 2 – Alita Graham for Kleinfeld – Again, not my size but you get the jist.

I’m not a fan of the first one at all, so I vote for the second one.

I love the first one. So unique and will totally rock with a birdcage/fascinator and red heels! I love the buttons down the side, and the architecture in the skirt is awesome!

I think WAY too many people have the new Vera’s so I voted for the Alita Graham.

The second is much more figure-flattering!

If you’re going for unique then I’d go for the second dress, the Vera Wang White dresses are very popular right now.

Just adore the vera wang, I know a lot of people have it, but hopefully you’re gonna be the only bride at your wedding so I wouldn’t worry about that.
#2 just reminds me of a peacock.

#2 is way better! Looks great on you…

I love the Vera Wang dress, but I agree that it won’t be unique since it’s so popular right now. Also, I’ve never seen it lay funny in the back like it is in your picture (the big open gap). If you don’t care about being unique, go for the vera. If it’s important to you, go with the second one.

Wang is more flattering IMO

The White is a lot better on you. I’m personally not the biggest fan of the line. Although I do find the gowns absolutely stunning (for the most part), I think that they will be wayyyyy over worn this year. With that said, if you don’t mind wearing a very popular gown, go for the White. It’s seriously stunning on you. If the popularity of the gown bothers you, I’d keep looking.

Adore the Vera Wang on you.

If you want to be unique, I would go with the 2nd dress because the 1st one is a very popular style right now. But the Vera does look great on you and has a more unique styling to it, so that would probably be my choice.

The 2nd one. It’s much more unique. Something looks off about the first one.

Who cares what is popular or not, go with what looks best on you and the one you love the most.
I like the first one best!
