I’m feeling a little blue today. There are some tough things going on in my life right now that I can’t really get into in a public forum, but I could really use a little lift. Help a girl out? What cheers you up?
Sorry you’re having a down day! My suggestions (a little random!), go to the gym or for a power walk, buy yourself a small treat (I get myself a cherry Coke Zero or a bag of jelly beans on bad days lol), watch a favorite show, turn your stereo up all the way and do something productive (busy work like cleaning or organizing), try to get some pampering (whether scheduling a mani or just stopping by Walmart for some bubble bath and a face mud mask)! Hope you feel better soon!

Thanks so much, ladies. Unfortunately, I can’t do a lot of those things because I’m stuck in my office, trying to finish my dissertation so I can get my PhD this May. So, other than walking the mile to and from work, which I do every day, most of those wonderful activities must be put off until summer.
