Hi, we are getting married in Chicago and are looking for some inexpensive but not cheezy or cheap seeming rehearsal dinner options. We are hoping to invite all of our out of town guests. Any ideas? THANKS!

Quartino on State St. offers a very reasonable small plates menu. You can order the entire menu and feed a group of 20 for about $1500 including drinks and dessert. They have a private bar and also a private room upstairs. Very fun and unique and it seems more expensive than it is. We had our engagement party there and many office parties – everyone always had a good time.

- Wedding: September 2018 - St. Clement Church, Cafe Brauer (or a big church wedding and a fancy party at a cafe in Lincoln Park.
We are having ours at Southport Lanes in Lincoln Park. It is mostly a bar/restaurant- there are only 4 lanes. We will have a private room and everyone will get to bowl. It has a vintage feel to it rather than feeling like a bowling alley. I am so excited!

I think we’re going to do ours at Lou Malnati’s… 🙂
