Hi Bees, my dress has finally arived and I couldn’t be more pleased with it! My only problem I’m facing now is that I have no idea what sort of veil would match with it. The dress is very simple (it’s an Alfred Angelo style 231), and I am wondering if I need a nore elaborate veil or if I should stick with a more simplistic looking one. Any advice would be greatly appreshiated!

I would stay with a simple one or two tiered veil, mid length so it stops at the upper part of your back, slightly above your natural waistline. If you want to go with a long veil, maybe pick one that stops just below your hips and has a rounded bottom that will echo the curve of your back-side. It looks like that dress has a little bit of beading, so I’d say look for something with minimal beading that will match the beads on the dress. I would not go with anything heavy or elaborate that will clash with the dress. Lace and ribbon trimmed veils are very pretty, but I don’t feel they would match the dress. Best to stay simple.

It’s hard to see from the pictures whether the beading is similar, but check out AA style 122.
