Have you looked at Morganite?  A lot of Bees are fans of Morganite and it’s pinky-peachy.

Blue Nile has a good reputation here in the States.  Not sure if they ship to Ireland though but I would say it’s a good chance.  I will look around a bit more for you.

@ScarletandFox:  i just got an 8ct padparadscha sapphire ring a couple of months ago.  (it was a surprise from my dh).  it’s beautiful. 

in pictures it looks really pinky but irl its deeper in colour with hints of peachy pink.  it’s definitely a deep colour but i love that i can wear it with any warm colour.  it looks great with reds, oranges, pinks, peaches, corals, etc.

the natural sapphire company has some beautiful ones on their website.
