hey,

im getting married in june this year (THIS YEAR!!! i have waited so long to say this!). the venue is a old ballroom style room for the wedding breakfast which also has a bar and dance area attached to it. I will show you some pictures. The theme i am going for throughout the day is vintage glamor/elegance. im haviing empty glass jars some filled with candles and others filled with flowers. these will be the table centrepieces, will be placed on the fireplace, the windowsills, some of the bar tables and on the bar itself. that is pretty much as far as i have got!! i need more ideas desperately!! we will be having chair covers with a vintage cream colour sash, the bridesmaid dresses are an oatmeal cream colour and their flowers will be cream and yellow.

What about adding some white baroque frames for table numbers? Antique Gold overlays? Mirrors under the vases? Add some diamond scatter bling?

Def incorporate antique gold (with the molding in the room, you don't want to fight the antique gold, but work it in.)

So based on what you described, this is the feel I think you are going for: pale vintage colors, antique gold accents, low candlelight. So here are some general decor ideas.
