My dress is a diamond white, fitted rouched mermaid style with bubble hem. It is simple but elegant which is just what I wanted for my garden wedding. My mother thought the dress was too simple, so I purchased a beaded sash to make her happy and add some sparkle. I purchased one that I thought blended well with my dress and jewelry, but now I’m wondering if it’s too ivory or will look ivory in the day light. It’s made by a differnt manufacturer (and material) so the colors are not exact. I’m not even sure of the color because the sales associate picked it out. Please look at the attached pictures and tell me what y’all think.

Such a pretty sash and dress. I don’t love the way the sparkles cut off though. I feel like they should extend or be shorter to begin with. They almost reach halfway and cover your entire front but seem to cut off just short.

Looks good to me, I like it 😉

Thanks for responding. The beads do actually extend to the front sides of my waist; it was not on straight. I noticed that after I took the picture.

Awww it’s beautiful. Super classic and elegant. To be honest, I think the sash totally makes the dress!

It looks great! Do you have a pic without a sash? I was wondering because it looks like it might be pretty that way too.

Love it! And, IMO, your mom is right. The dress would be pretty without the sash, but the added sparkle really makes it pop!
