@Mymy405: its a beautiful dress. Ive heard & seen great work from jasmines and dressilyme on these boards. Im actually thinking of ordering a dress from shades of pale becuz their work looks amazing, but im so nervous becuz i cant find anyone whos actually recieved a dress from them. Keep us posted who u decide to go with.
Landy Bridal actually looks really good, but I haven't read anything about them.
I think that Jasmine's is the safest, but it seems really expensive when compared to the original. The dress I want is 15 grand designer, and Jasmine's quoted me essentially same price as you. It seems expensive.
Thanks for the response. I just can't figure out who to choose. Shades of Pale just sent me a photo of a dress that they made that had the skirt I like. So now they're back in the running. I'm down to ieiedress.com, landy, shades of pale and jasmine.
@eagle, I'm curious to see what a 15K wedding dress looks like now!

@Mymy405: their skirt is actually pretty good! the fabric looks a little cheaper though, like they used organza when the original was a silk or silk tulle.
This is my dress dress, since you asked! It is designed by Elie Saab and is called "Caelum".

@Mymy405: I just bought another dress in store, so it looks like I won't be ordering online!
I like the Landybridals and shadesofpale.
I have heard a few good things about Shadesofpale but don't have any personal experience. I used dressilyme, but I don't like this sample dress in particular. I think the other skirts are fuller.
Wow, so I got lucky and Duosheng/elegant park has already made my dress before. what are your thoughts, ladies? If I pick them, I'll ask for them to make it more sweet heart and ask for them to remove the flower. I see that the belt is different, but that's not a huge issue for me. i cant expect 100% right?

I'm having the same dilemma with the Antonia. I LOVE the dress, but HATE the flower. Can the flower not be removed during alterations? I'm currently overseas and haven't been able to actually see it in person...I just assumed it could be. Is that not the case?

@lesknox04: i checked the flower, and it looks like it's very securely put in place. When I asked the store manager, she said that it wasn't an easy thing to remove. It's not an embellishment that's simply just sewn in on top. I was worried that, during the process of removing it, they might damage the dress somehow. And then what would I do if there's a gaping hole? That's why I'm not comfortable ordering it and removing it. Once I purchased it, then I could speak with their seamstress since she doesn't make appointments with shoppers, only clients that have purchased.

I was just about to get my Maggie Sottero Antonia dress, but then the flower detail started bothering me. Me in the dress. So I started looking around to see if I could get this dress custom made. PS This dress is 1050 with free alterations.
