Oh and has anyone ever had or heard of having the train shortened? Is it pricey? I think the train being so long bothers me!
Ok first of all. I love your dress. But then I'm biased toward lace.
I suspect when I finally buy mine, I'm going to have to do a "dress blackout" lol
Because there are some gorgeous brides on here.
I suspect a crinoline would be at your own discretion. But I suspect even if you chose one, it couldnt be very poufy, because your dress looks more a-line than ballgown.
If you do want a crinoline, and you want a colored one..go for it!
Try one on see if it tickles your fancy.
After all..your dress, your day..your rules ;-)

I know absolutely nothing about crinoline but I just wanted to say that your dress is really pretty. Try not to doubt it!
First of all, LOVE your dress....the lace is just so romantic/classic! I also really love the train and think that it really makes you look like more of a bride (but I totally understand if it isn't quite your style).
I think that adding a crinoline or slip under your gown would be a great idea because then it may look a little more polished (does that make sense?) But if you do buy one, I would definitely suggest buying one off ebay or even in the classifieds on here because I paid $50 for mine at David's Bridal when other people got them for like $20.
PS: We are getting married on the same day!!!! YAY May 15th!!!!!
i really love lace. great dress! you could have your train made into a cute clutch that you could have always. and if you find a crinoline too poofy, you could have the shoes be the color pop!

Okay so I have sort of been having dress issues, I keep thinking I bought too early. Some days I love it, some days I don't....especially when I am on here and see all the glamourous dresses :) Anyway, I wanted to see what what you ladies think (your the pros) p.s. I will wear some type of belly hiding device too! lol Also, my question is....with my dress will I need a one of those crinolines? I LOVE the way the colored ones look under the dress but are they for my type of dress? I appreciate the help! Thank you! Now lets see if the pic will upload!
