Absolutely beautiful dress and it fits you well.  It does look as if the frontmay be a bit short however, a seamstress told my daughter a gown should skim the top of your shoe as you take a step, you should not have to lift it to walk forward.  Can’t see your shoes but if you are uncomfortable with iit try it on with a low low heel and see what you think.

Remember, you will be moving in it far more than standing straight on. Very few pics wil be you standing still front on and your guests will never notice Or care.

congrats on a great dress choice!

@pittgirl4: it’s not too short!  You wouldn’t want to trip on it if the hem caught your shoe

It could probably be a few centimeters longer, but it’s not too bad!  I would never have noticed if you hadn’t said anything.

Like another poster said, I really don’t think I would have noticed had you not said anything, and even then I don’t know that I think its too short.  I think it looks beautiful on you!  I wouldn’t worry at all!

I think you look stunning the lace is beautiuful.

personaly I think that the peep of a bridal shoe is so much more elegant that a bride holding up her dress while stugling with a bouquet or glass of champagne.  As a steamstress when I work on a dress I advise this length for bridal and bridemaid dress but of course its brides choice. I think its perfect on youto show off the lacetoo.

I agree that a peep of the shoe is a good idea, but I’m a shoe girl. If that dress were any longer, you would ruin that beautiful lace by dragging it on the floor. Then you’d have a brown rim at the bottom of your dress, which is NOT elegant!

My dress was about the same length (with heels) and it was great!  i could move easily in it and I didn’t have to pick it up all the time to walk around.

It depends. If you are in bare feet in this picture and will be adding heels with some height, then, yes, the dress will definitely be too short. If your shoes are already on, I think you’re fine.

If you’re wearing super high heals, it *might* be a big short…but just keep your footwear low and you’ll be all set 🙂 you look awesome!
