Here is the event coordinator's blog where I found the pics. It says the bride found the numbers. Why don't you email them and they can ask the bride?

Hobby Lobby.
i used them in letter form to spell "MR" and "MRS" on my sweetheart table.
They come in black, but obviously can be spray painted any color.

I did find these chocolate molds. A DIY bride could make them out of plaster of paris and spray paint them gold.
