I think Hong Kong East Ocean is the place I'm thinking about. I went to Berkeley, and we had dim sum here, and if I lived in the East Bay, I would SO do it there. It's waterfront and gorgeous!!!

Hi I am from the bay area but im not familiar with alot a good places to have a wedding reception dinner at. I am looking for a place that can hold atleast 200 guest or more with a dance floor. I am vietnamese and marrying a cambodian man. But we decided to do it vietnamese style which is pretty much the same as Chinese style.
I wanna ask for the Boards help in finding me a good place to have it at that has a good quanity and quality in the food. Im thinking about having it somewhere in oakland,Berkeley,Emeryville and alameda somewhere that is is a nice place with good parking.
Any suggestions/reviews would be greatly appreciated!. thank you!
