Is there an online calculator you can drop in your guest numbers and get the quantities you should have on hand so you don’t run out of food.
I made the mistake of reserving a favorite cute diner for our brunch without realizing they have no idea how to estimate food for our our party. The manger has calculated per person pricing as 1 qty of each beverage and food item per person. For example, 60 people equals 60 cups of orange juice. Am I crazy or is this ridiculous?
Does anyone have a great food estimator or online calculator they can refer me too so that I can tell her how much food to put out?? (It’s too late to switch venues)
9-12pm drop in brunch for 80:
– coffee & oj
– 3 diff plated entree options, (this is easy since it is actually 1 per person)
