For the gazillion time, I’ve changed my bridesmaid color to more of a royal blue…I went from a lemon-lime green to emerald green to Tiffany blue to royal blue!!! Please tell me I’m not the only indecisive bride out there :/
Here’s a picture of the color:
Here’s the actual dress in another color:
My wedding’s on May 7, 2011. What do you think? Too dark for a Spring wedding? If not, what colors would go with it? If so, any suggestions?

I don’t think it’s too dark! You can pair it with some bright flowers. I’m getting married this month and originally wanted royal blue as well. Those dresses are total summer dresses anyway!

Its a dark color, but who cares? Its your wedding you do what you want! i really love navy blue, It looks so good with almost anything. Its also really flattering too (kinda like black)
I am very indecisive too, my colors change every day lol

I like it! And it’s totally not too dark – but I’m not a big believer in planning your colors around the season you’re getting married in – my wedding is in January and one of our colors is lemon yellow!
No one will come to the wedding and say “everything is so beautiful, but those BM dresses are way too dark for spring.” I think it will look great!

I think royal blue is fine as long as you pair it with lighter / brighter colors since its spring. Maybe lavender and yellow? Btw, cute dresses!

Love you ladies, yall are the best!
The bm dresses would be the only prominent Royal Blue of the evening, there will be hints of it here and there but not much at all. I was thinking either green orchids or calla lillies? I’m not big into flowers, so suggestions would be great =) Something yellow maybe?

Oh I have gone from wanting a pink themed wedding to more on the light blue side, but now that I have seens this wedding dress that has pink in it, it kind of makes me want to sway back. I think almost every bride out there can be a bit indecisive when it comes to wedding planning, the most important thing is since it is your day, have your cake and eat it too!
