i just bought vases from michaels today, and we have a lemon tree in the back yard... now i just need flowers. :)
Good luck meoldcsighs- I'm actually the person who started the thread and got my florist to agree to doing them for us at a pretty low cost. I did a "test run" myself at home and they looked great.

hey guys! i remember a post a while back about centerpieces with fruit involved. i am making lemon centerpieces for a party next week and really wanted to look back on the post as a resource, but i can't seem to find it. i would appreciate the link to the post or any photos of inspiration or advice you could give me! :)
(fyi: i am using lemon slices and possibly whole lemons in vases with water and flowers on top)
