I think it looks great, but honestly I’m not loving the tulle along the sweetheart (at least not with a necklace that low), it looks like you need to pull your dress down an inch and I bet you’d like it better!  What kind of wedding are you having?

noleygirl:  Gorgeous dress, and it looks great on you! I’d nix the tulle across the neckline as well. Otherwise, it’s a very pretty, unique dress.

I completely agree with other bees… something about the tulle across the sweetheart line just doesn’t do it for me.  Other than that it is beautiful!

I love your dress! It looks amazing on you 🙂 I’m also really liking the tulle across the neckline. I think it adds a bit of character and makes it more unique than the average sweetheart.

I think the dress is really unique! (in a good way lol) I agree with PPs that I don’t like the tulle across the sweetheart neckline. but I guess thats a personal opinion! go with what you like!

If you’re unsure about it and can still exchange it, try some others on to see if you like anything else better.

I loveit!  I love the tulle across the neckline.  It’s wispy and different.  I’d just try it without the sash.  To me the sash gives it a harsh horizontal line that detracts fromt he ethereal feel.

Since you have asked for our opinions, and since you can still change your mind about the dress, I will tell you that I think you can find a dress that you will love more than this one.  There are two issues that would concern me about this choice.  First, the gathered waistline means that there is a LOT of extra fabric in the skirt of this dress that is going to add bulk to your body that a different style of ball gown would not add. Second, although there are some beautiful textured and tulle skirts out there, I think that the placement of the darker elements in this skirt may result in an uneven pattern of dark and light in some of your photos.  Even in this photo, the contrasting, decorative elements look whimsical and ethereal (both good things) in some places but streaky, blurred and distracting in others.  I do not mean to be negative, but, since you asked, I thought I would share my thoughts.

Honestly, I agree with Brielle. I think there is something better for you out there. I would look around more for something you love.

ryba:  agree with you.

Its beautiful! I’d just clean up the sweetheart neckline from that awful placement of the tulle.
