@Lilly11: I always find the best places to stay in that area are the beaches of 30A. I know the houses at Blue Mountain Beach are resonably priced, close to Eden Gardens, and fairly new. The website that we rented from was www.sterlingresorts.com then click on Villages of Blue Mountain Beach. Other than those, you can check out www.30aresorts.com
