Since they appear to be pre-packaged already I'd probably just add some ribbon and maybe a tag?
You could always wrap it in your wedding colors and tie it with ribbon tootsie roll style.
Are these too big to fit in celophane cones? I think that would look cute & it would show off the treat. Of course, you'd run the risk of the cones breaking.
Hmm in the photo you posted, does that container just hold one cone or many? If they are individually packaged, I would just put a tag & some co-ordinating ribbon on it. :)

the photo is the actual favor, 2 cones in a canister. i've decided to put a ribbon w/ my color and a tag.
Personally, I would put them in a small bag tied with a ribbon rather than leaving them as is. But they look yummy!!
