Craigslist!!!!! Or if you have any cousins, have them ask their friends! Neighbors, friends of neighbors, or even co-workers that have kids old enough! Just start asking and I'm sure you won't have ANY trouble finding someone willing to work!!
@JM1217: I agree with the craigslist idea! Conduct some interviews and pick out people who seem to be self aware and have manners.
@JM1217: Thats what I was thinking but my thought process was if I did that that those people might take offense that their not good enough to attend, but good enough to serve & thats not it at all!!

Im having an outside wedding/reception thats not catered. I know Im going to need help with lighting candles when it gets dark, (ceremony starts at 5pm), & to refill pitchers of sweet tea & lemonade at the tables & other miscellanious stuff. I wanna try to find young women or men to hire for this but how do I go about it?
