Have you tried a salicylic acid spot treatment? I use one from Clinique, and it really seems to help zap the red spots left over from my acne.
Rosacea products -- I've seen some that are tinted blue to counteract redness on the face -- might help?
In a pinch, I've used Visine to tone down the redness from blemishes. It works just like it does on your eyes, by constricting the the irritated blood vessels. Dab it on with a Q-Tip for a temporary quick fix.
I was going to mention about Visine as well. It's not a fix, but it will reduce the appearance of redness.

Hello hive,
I have been super stressed out lately, and my face has broken out like crazy! I have started taking acne medication again (I had been off for quite a while), which seems to have the breakout under control, but now I have dark red spots left from each blemish! All over my chin... I know from my own experience that these will fade with time, but does anyone have recommendations for how to make them fade more rapidly?
Thank you!
