Have you tried a salicylic acid spot treatment?  I use one from Clinique, and it really seems to help zap the red spots left over from my acne.

Rosacea products — I’ve seen some that are tinted blue to counteract redness on the face — might help?

In a pinch, I’ve used Visine to tone down the redness from blemishes.  It works just like it does on your eyes, by constricting the the irritated blood vessels.  Dab it on with a Q-Tip for a temporary quick fix.

I was going to mention about Visine as well. It’s not a fix, but it will reduce the appearance of redness.
