(Closed) Help! How to I word the response card to include a time filling event?

I think it looks fine, although I’d put attend (and entrees), then unable to attend, then the harbor cruise on a separate line.  It would confuse me in the current order.  And I also think you should include something on an insert that explains the harbor cruise.  Otherwise, totally fine.

I would just make the wording more consistent.

_____ will enjoy a harbor cruise

_____ will attend the reception

 

OR

____ aboard a harbor cruise

____ attending the reception

 

(or adjust to your preferences) I also agree with PP that you should explain the cruise option fully to your guests elsewhere. At first glance, I thought you were get married on a harbor cruise ship, and then docking for the reception.

As long as you have an explanation somewhere, it should be fine. I would maybe say:

__Unable to attend

__ Will enjoy the harbor cruise prior to reception

__Will attend the reception
