I don't know but I LOVED that dress! it was so beautiful on her! Those two little girls were so bratty though, yikes! Good luck to her! lol
It looks like it can be either Amsale or Kenneth Pool. I looked on their sites and saw something similar, but not that exact dress (it probably isn't on their website yet).
On the Say Yes to The Dress/TLC website it says:
