@julies1949: Thanks! I totally forgot about volleyball on the beach!
what about i spy contests with cameras, as sort of scavenger hunts- or best sand castle/body in the sand contest...highest kite flier. you can pick up prize riboons very cheap and guests will have something else to remembe the day by!
I did an entire Bridal party bootcamp for my daughters wedding if you are interested in the activites!
Bocci ball is a great beach game. You definitely need teams/groups to play.
I am a personal trainer and we did Team Ashley and Team Joe ( bride and groom) we made shirts for each team!
Some of the activites were:
Tie the Knot ( had a rope and everyone held on and did a relay)
Sand ceremony ( teams had to fill up a kiddie pool with sand)
Runaway Bride: sprints
Garter relay (tie around ankles)
CArry over threshhold!
We did some other stuff all wedding theme
I will see if I can find a pic of it!
frisbee, cornhole, bocce ball, badmitton

I tried to Google this, but kids' games and youth group activities popped up..not helpful.
After our lunch reception, we want to head back to the beach for some fun and games. Anyone have cheap/inexpensive ideas for this? We'll have a max of 30 people - I doubt all of them will hang out with us at the beach though. The age range is wide too..which makes it more difficult!
We have ideas for soccer, football, and some hula hoops. Any other ideas?
