I’m trying to find out the brand/designer of my engagement ring. My finace doesn’t remember, and it’s not in the appraisal. It has a very low set halo, and so I think I’m going to need to have a custom wedding band made to fit. I wanted to look up the designer and see if they have photos of this setting and different wedding band options to go with it. I can call the jewler where my finace bought the ring, but I think they will want me to come back to the store and buy through them so I’d like to just do my own research before going back to the store.
Alternatively, if anyone has a similar E-ring with a (larger) low set halo, I’d love to see what you did for the wedding band.
(Sorry for the photo quality. These were taken from my cell phone.)

Check the inside of the band for a maker’s mark. I ran into this problem too a few months ago. I discovered the maker’s mark but I still can’t find the designer who it belongs to 🙁 hopefully you’ll have better luck!

Thanks @Livia-C-to-be ! I checked and it has a cursive RG, but I haven’t been able to find anything through searching that. The only other inscription is 14k for the gold type.

Why are you afraid to go back to the store? Just say you’re there to look and ask them to clean your ring for you! there’s no harm in looking!
Ps. does the store have a website listing the brands they carry?

@Amberback we moved 8 hours away from the store. 🙂 We stopped by a while ago when we were in town and they didn’t have any wedding bands in stock that matched my e ring. I also didn’t think to ask the designer’s name.
I checked their website and they only had 1 designer listed, which had a very specific inscription in their rings. Website looks like it’s not up to date.
My fiance called the store and they said they would look into it and call us back. In the meantime I’m being impatient and wanted to try to find out on my own. 🙂
