I was cruising one of my favorite bridal sites and fell in love with this dress. It is Ulla Maija Beniote and I just really can’t afford the price tag. It is everything I have ever dreamed of in a wedding dress and am hoping you bees can help me find a knockoff at a lower price point.
Here is the link:

What is your budget?
Have you tried to find a reputable dress maker and brought her this picture? She might very well be able to recreate it for a price you can afford. There isnt a lot of detail work and no beading so I think this might be a viable option.
Do you want it in pink (it looks pink in the pic)?

what about this davids bridal dress wg9871…. maybe you could order it with extra length and get the bubble hem altered into it…. its only 350 on their website! 🙂

This one from David’s Bridal could probably look more like that one with a mermaid crinoline under. I saw it on preownedweddingdresses.com also.

I agree with lefeymw. I’m pretty confident that if you took it to any dressmakers they’d be able to make a replica. If you’re REALLY on a budget, it might be worth trying a china replica company.. there are lots of good reviews from other bees on here so it would be worth looking into some of the companies they used.

You could try http://www.dressilyme.com
It’s a company that makes replicas. I’m getting my dress, veil, crinoline, MOH’s dress, FG’s dress and FI’s suit from them, all for under $600. The prices are great,, and you can email pics to them and get a quote. It is a chinese company, but they are very reputable and the customer service is great.

I bought my Anne Barge from this website–it was in perfect condition. And it was only $649!!! Definitely keep an eye out–she does mark them down if they don’t sell.
If you can find a good dressmaker to knock it off in silk satin, that is your best bet. The David’s Bridal is a good sub if you aren’t attached to the silk
I would hesitate about the Chinese websites. The quality isn’t there (if that’s important to you) and this silhouette is very hard to fit. The quality may be no worse than DB, but at least you know what you are getting and they do have seamstresses who are used to altering their gowns.
The good news–you have lots of time to stalk the website and the pre-owned websites as well.
BTW–this dress is stunning!!

Budget – the cheaper the better, but realistically no more than $1000 with alterations, veil and possibly a belt of some kind.
I am loving all of these suggestions! I had no idea you could alter a dress do make it a bubble hem!
Please keep them coming

OP that dress is very easy to make. Try a tailor.
