@Lauren: I have no idea how people choose their veils, but I could really see a veil that goes to the lower part of your back. You have such a beautiful dress I think anything longer would cover up the gorgeous back where the fabric goes down at a slant. JMHO.
Hey there! At first i was thinking that something elbow or fingertip would be cute, but something with a "cut edge" (no ribbon or decoration at the edging) because you're right the back is very cute, then when i saw the front i was thinking that a tiny beaded edge would really acccent the front as well as not taking away from the back. I would pick http://www.mariellonline.com/index.php/catalog/page/101/bridal-veils_feather_fascinators/ on the bottom right is a tiny beaded edge (V885 or V902 depending on the length) please forgive the fact that this veil is "in her face", it doesn't have to be like that it you don't want.
something simple and sheer! it will compliment your dress but not compete with it =)
I bought my veil off OccanseyDesigns.com and I emailed them a picture of my dress and asked what they recommended. They were able to show me pictures of their website of brides with veils similar to what they recommended for my dress, and they were really helpful (and good prices too!).

So I really don't know much about veils at all..I just did some research and I'm trying to first decide on the length..I don't want something too short, but I'm not sure if something too long will do my dress injustice and cover up the back ruffle detail...maybe something fingertip length, knee length? Anyone have suggestions?!
I attached a few pics of my (non-tailored) dress so you can get a feel...
