Help! In need of weightloss inspiration/motivation!

Honestly water, water, and more water!! I have learned that most all times I am hungry it really is because I am thirsty. I truly feel you pain. I am a couple months out before I finish my masters and I gained a little but cracked down of eating and snacking and feel so much more energetic!!

MyFitnessPal.com, sticking to a 0.5lb a week target loss and eating more protein/less sugar.

I second myfitnesspal.com at a 0.5lb or 1lb per week target loss.

When I was writing my masters, I found that I couldn’t help but snack, so I made sure the only snacks available to me were carrot sticks, celery sticks, and fruit.  At least that way, it’s healthy snacks!  

For exercise, hype it up in your mind as a break from sitting and thinking about your thesis.  Think of it as “yay!  I get to think about whatever I want to for the next 30 minutes!”  For me, the key to working out is having a work out buddy because then I feel responsible to someone else to go and it’s more fun!
