Ok. Needless to say due to my venue, I’m going for a rustic/vintage/chic theme. Colors are black/ivory/champagne/lavender.
This room is all brown and really masculine. What can I do to make this more feminine, wedding-ey…soft venue?
Shall I just focus on centerpieces?

I would do center pieces, but it also looks like you’ve got a lot o long spaces along the wall with windows, are those booths? You could do some kind of garland/ drapery type thing to soften the long dark bannister. Also, the pole in the center looks like you could do a string of lights, or some organza wraps?

By the windows are also space to put round tables. It would just depend on how many people. For my party of 70 it will probably be all where it’s at now in the picture. Decoraitng the tree is a great idea! It’s kind of in the middle of everything! ha ha

The good thing about the brown is that it is a neutral so anything will go with it.
I would do ivory or champagne cloths and save the black and lavender for the centerpieces.
Decorators say that all rooms should have a bit of black. A black vase or conatainer of some sort with lavender flowers would look great with your theme and colors.
A lantern would work:
I would definitely incorporate the tree in the decor. In your pic they show it surrounded by tables. Is this used as a buffet, guest or cake table?
Perhaps repeat the concept with tree slices for charger plates, under the centerpieces or as a cake stand?
