I bought the Maggie Sottero Jenna for my wedding on June 23rd. I’m having a small wedding with just family, about 40 people in the morning on a rooftop. I won’t have any attendants and my fiance will be wearing his class a’s. Do you think this dress is too formal for this type of wedding? This picture isn’t of me obviously, but its a better picture of the dress and how I would want it to look. Any feedback would be great!

I think it looks beautiful! Honestly the formality is however you want it. Im having a formal outdoor wedding and my dress is a white and peach ballgown.

It’s your dress. You only get married once so wear what you love!

I have had the same fears as you as I went with a more formal dress for my wedding…I am getting married on a roof top terrace over looking the ocean in St thomas with only about 20 people and I am doing a similar style of dress…..b/c I fell so in love with it!
That dress looks amazing on you and as pp’s have said if you love it then go for it….which is what I am doing…..after all you only get the chance to wear a dress like this once in a lifetime(or at least that’s what it’s supposed to be…lol)

It’s so beautiful! We’re having 40 guests, and my dress is very formal. It’s your wedding and you can wear whatever makes you feel beautiful!
