Hi bees, mini-freak out here at work.
I’m making a spreadsheet (<3) of the ceremony. Including the time, whats going on (set-up, walking down aisle, etc), and songs being played. Because I’m type A and need to know everything =)
BUT, I’m starting to freak out that we won’t have enough time for everything! Our venue rents ceremonies for 1 1/2 hour increments (its a hot commoditiy around here).
We get in to ceremony site at 12pm, and have to be cleaned up (just any decor we bring, not chairs or anything) byt 1:30pm.
Assuming DJ sets up at 12:05ish and is done around 12:15-12:20 (and playing pre-lude), guests arrive around 12:15 (for the early birds), and wedding starts at 12:30. We can be done around 1pm
Is this logical? Do we have enough time for everything?!?
I guess what I’m most worried about is when people arrive, and making sure 15 minutes is enough time for everyone to arrive?
