I want to make my own table numbers in an effort to save money. I’m finding that a lot of the plain wooden ones online are rather chunky and almost childish looking. I like the script-y look of the ones below. But just plain wood (or even hard plastic, resin, 3-D thinker cardboard), so I can paint them with a navy antique glitter. Anyone find similar items?? If not, I can order from Etsy, as she can do any color glitter, though I think I can do it myself for less than the $200 they are charging there.

I found mine on craigslist (after searching almost daily!) but was also considering getting them from craft store (michaels, hobby lobby) or http://www.craftcuts.com/catalogsearch/result/?q=numbers
I’m planning on painting them silver (I think) or a brighter/bolder pink.
Good luck! If you like these.. message me.

@shorebride105: If you really can’t find anything, and you’re on a tight budget, you could always paper mache your own. Just get cardboard and cut it into the shape you want (layer pieces for desired thickness) then use starch and strips of newspaper or tissue paper. Once it’s dry, you can spray paint it or decorate it however you want.
