Weddingbee boards

My sister got engaged to a wonderful man and I could not be more excited!!! Now it is my job to through the bridal shower and she would love a spa theme- Problem I have is I live in Miami, Fl and the shower will be in Long Island New York- I moved about  6 years ago and well- I have no idea where to have it- I am out of the loop.  Everyone is going to be expecting it to be Fabulous and over the top But just like the national economy that has also went out the window so I have a tight budget but it cannot look that way at all- thank goodness it isn't for alot of people- around 20- 30 woman.  So I am in need of a Fab venue preferably Italian- or a really good spa what will let us bring a catered lunch-  we are Italian so that food has to be killer- otherwise I would have to have it at a relative house- which I would like to avoid- and get a manicurist or two - not sure- need help!!!!!!!
