Dressilyme has some. If you could find a picture of some vintage dresses they or Jasmine's will duplicate it for you and since the dress would obviously be out of print so to speak there are no ethical dilemnas. :)
I know this one is $600, but I am dying to live vicariously through someone else and have them wear it:
Davids Bridal

@tksjewelry: I saw that dress too! I am going to go to David's to see how it looks. I really wish it wasn't strapless! I am just too modest to go without straps!
@secondchances: I didn't know they did custom designs? Do you, by any chance, no how to order a custom one?
@ohmybears48: You could have them added easily. PLEASE post a pic when you try it on. I am DYING to see it on a real person. And PM me if you post it.
@ohmybears48: Both companies do quite a bit of custom work. You just need to email them some pics and discuss fabrics and they will get back to you on a price. Custom does seem to cost a hundred or so more as they need to devise a patern but I wonder if you googled vintage patterns and find one you like for sale if sending them a link so they could buy it might lower your price. Worth a try. Good luck and keep me posted on what you pick. I love vintage!
Vivien of Holloway is in your price range, but their bridal styles are halter top not sleeves.
You could probably find a similar vintage/repro pattern and get the dress custom made for $400.
If you don't mind something that is actually vintage, I would go through Etsy.com and do some searches for the same keywords you used in your opening post. Most vintage 50s/60s in excellent condition range around $300. It is hit or miss though, you may have to really thoroughly search for the style you want!
I'm selling a vintage-y dress I've never worn - It's got a fun high/low hem so you can still show off your shoes. You could very easily have the length of the back hemmed higher if you wanted, and adding straps/sleeves/wearing a cute lace bolero (many available for cheap on Etsy) would be easy!
In case you're interested, here's the listing ($325)
Check out Unique Vintage online. They have several very cool vintage looking dresses, and many of them come in white, and most all of them are under $200, most in the $100 range. I think some of these are comparable to Dolly Couture.
This is 128.00 on unique-vintage.com. I think you could add your own sash with a flower and it would look really nice.

Hi all...
I am just starting to look at dresses. But I know one thing... I want 50s/60s vintage. Primarily, I want tea length, petticoat, with some sort of sleeves. My budget is going to be around $400.
Dolly Couture is my FAVORITE. This is the dress I would get if I had enough money:
http://www.dollycouture.com/collection/the-pasadena-dress.html
I've also found whirlingturban.com and loved the Peggy Would style dress.
Anyone have any ideas where I can find a dress that meets all the requirements?
