Either of the top 2 necklaces would be great! I like the one on the left best because of the color of the dress. I also really like that look right now.. chunkier necklaces with a strapless dress. If you find earrings that are small enough you could do both.
I think a necklace would be better, you can have them pick their own earrings if they want to wear any. I prefer the yellow-gold options, specifically the top left and bottom right (though it's kind of hard to see the pendant on the bottom right photo).
I think a chandelier earring would be great! The dress is so pretty it might be hard to pull off a necklace with it.
It's a big gap and looks empty without a necklace, unless you were crazy about long earrings, and their hair somehow came down near the neckline...but nevertheless, I vote necklace. And, I think you have so many fun options with this dress! Why not necklace and simple stud earrings?
I vote BOTH! I love all the necklaces you have selected and I think they all go with the earrings you posted.
I think this dress needs both a necklace and a pair of earrings. Either of the top 2 necklaces look good!
Just curious, where did you find the top two necklaces? I love them! Were they an etsy find?
@whao1225 - yes they were all etsy finds. Top left is luxedeluxe, top right is dianedesign.
I like the first top left hand corner necklace the best. But is the dress color the one in the picture? Stone sounds like quite a cool color (as opposed to a warm color like gold). So maybe silver would be better? I like the idea of the crystal pendant though.

I'm having a hard time deciding if I want to get my girls necklaces or earrings to wear for the wedding. The girls will be wearing Watters dress 5221 in Stone
