I could use some of your wisdom in accessorizing this dress:
First of all, do you think it needs a veil or should I go for just a headpiece? Also, what kind of jewellery? I’m thinking of pearl studs for my ears and would like to find a necklace that would go with that but I don’t want to go for a pearl necklace. What about a bracelet?
p.s. not sure if this should be in ‘accessory’ or ‘dress’.

Pretty dress! 🙂
Are you wearing the straps? I wouldn’t personally pair a necklace with those straps since they add a lot of detail to the top of the gown. There are a lot of pearl and sparkly necklaces out there.
If you are a tiara-type girl, I think that would be beautiful with this dress (my personal first choice for this dress), or a simple veil. IMO, i wouldn’t do birdcage or a super-embellished veil with this dress. But, I don’t think this dress *has* to have any headpiece

But won’t be a bit too bling-less if I only have the earrings on? Also, I’m not a tiara girl. I think that if I don’t go for a veil I might go for some hair pins just to add a bit of bling to my hair…

I think instead of a necklace, you should get a bracelet if you want to add more bling (and keep the staps on the dress). Otherwise there will be a lot going on around your face.
And maybe an embellished head band or something?

Thanks for the suggestions! Keep them coming!
Regarding the issue of sleeves on/off, this is how I’m picturing it:
1. Pre-wedding photos: both on and off
2. Ceremony: on
3. Receiving line: off
4. Dancing: on
Maybe you’re right and I shouldn’t wear a necklace since the only time when I’ll really be strapless is during the receiving line.
What kind of bracelet should I go for?

I love the sleeves– I think they are gorgeous. I would do a drop veil like this:
