Hello bees! This is my first post. I went dress shopping this last weekend and I am finding myself torn between two stunning dresses. Hoping you can help me choose. One is a fully beaded allure mermaid the other is a lis simon ruffle mermaid. I think my guy feeling is the lis simon but I’m worried I will miss all the bling of the allure. Its going to be a winter wedding if that helps. Thoughts? Sorry if the pics are big. I’m still figuring out the site 🙂

I like the way the first one looks on you better.

I like the second one the best – but then again, I hate ruffles!
I like the way the second one is a more gradual change into the mermaid shape. But, lots of people like the more dramatic change!

I’m a divina bride so I love the ruffles on you! But I voted for the allure!! I love all the detailing and your figure was made for that dress 🙂 x

I voted for the allure, but after reading you are having a winter wedding I might like the first dress better. You can’t go wrong with either one, they both look great on you.

I like the ruffled dress a bit more, even though both are very pretty.

Love the second!! specially for the winter wedding!

SECOND ONE!!! IMO, ruffles look a little juvenile.

They are both beautiful!!! I personally love the beaded Allure. Very elegant and glamorous!

Both are beautiful, but I think I prefer #2. It makes you looks taller and is really elegant. I agree with a PP, I like the more gradual flare.

missy05: I voted for the first one, it looks a lot softer on you. Let us know what you decide!

I love the beaded gown! (#2) I think it would look beautiful for a winter wedding and the fit is so elegant! Let us know what you choose!

The second one makes you look taller and it fits perfectly with a winter wedding.

missy05: Oh dear, I am really torn as well! Where is your wedding being held? Or how formal is it?
The thing that helped me pick my dress- what kind of mood or atmosphere am I trying to create, and how will my dress impact it? How will it look in the ceremony and reception venues? Maybe ask yourself the same question.
