The $350 doesnt seem like a huge difference (well not to me) and if you like one photographer’s work far more than the other, go with the one that stole your heart. That’s what I would do. You want your photos to bring that “awwwwwwwwwww” moment back time and time again.

@MsGinkgo:  If the prices/packages are very similar then I would go with whichever photographer you get along with more.

@MsGinkgo:  wel the $300 print credit already puts you at the same price as the other, also getting the album, the USB and the second photographer. it would all come down to if you like his/her style of work better and the quality.

They seem like comparable packages. Looking at this information alone, I would go with Photographer A, because they are offered a proof album.

But the question is what does their photography look like? Does it speak to you?
When all else fails, take a good hard look at their last five (ish) weddings. Are the photos clear, flattering, well edited (read: don’t look over- or under-edited)?

If both of these photographers are in your budget, I think it comes down to asking what you want most out of your wedding photos and who do you think will best provide them?

@MsGinkgo:  I personally like B’s pictures more, but that’s just because she’s a bit more my style.

@MsGinkgo:  honestly i still like Photog A, you get more for your money, and their styles are similar. i guess now it would boil down to whos personality you like best, who seems more confident and who you would want around you and your family for 6 hours.

    The packages are similar.

I prefer B because she seems to have a better understanding of exposure – she has far more detail in the whites than photographer A – for A that may be a style thing to have blown out whites.

Also in B’s albums there is a nice range of poses and the people look very much at ease.

@MsGinkgo:  Both packages are really similar and the price difference isn’t that much. I would go with the photographer you got along better with. You’re going to be with this person all day, so you want to make sure it’s someone you like well enough to have around while you’re getting ready, cutting the cake, having your first dance…

I must say I prefer the photography style of B hands down. There is a captured moment/fun/funky quality to the pics I saw.
