These are three different ring settings i like a lot and want to base my ring design off of one of them. My dream center stone is an oval montana sapphire. I plan to get the setting in either white gold or platimun. Sorry some of the pics are huge
1. This ring belongs to a bee. I’ve been drooling over it for months now.
2. I found this ring the other day (and made a post about it). What I like most is that the halo isn’t your typical halo.
3. Just found this yesterday. imagine an oval sapphire in the middle. I love the second wavy halo (side view)

would appreciate some feedback too

rosecut: I voted for #1. I think it’s my favorite, but I wish I could put in two votes because I also love #3. Both are really beautiful, and I can picture a gorgeous sapphire as the center stone in either one of them.
I think I like #1 just a little bit more because it will let your beautiful stone take center stage. No matter what you pick, your ring is sure to be breathtaking!

longtimemrs: yeah. #1 is more traditional and will definitely look good no matter what. number 3 is so cool though, and i’m not very cookie cutter so i feel like it’s fitting. it also has a natural look, which i love.

rosecut: Yes, I totally agree. I really like how #3 has a very “rugged”, organic sort of look to it. It’s a very beautiful setting.

Definitely #1 if my favorite, then #2 it kinda reminds me of a shield but I like it. I like how they both have a vintage vibe. #3 looks a bit too free handed to me, making it somewhat messy. I don’t care for the different size diamonds that are scattered in the halo.

rosecut: I think they’re all pretty for different reasons. #1 is my least favorite, though.
Choose what you’ll love wearing and don’t be afraid to go against the vote if it’s a different style than what Bees prefer 😉
