I had this same issue. My number 1 dress was stunning and I loved but I felt more like a bride in dress #2. I don't know if this will work for you but it did for me. Bring the person or people that know you the most try both dresses on and while trying veils and talking about the dress have them observe you.
What we found was that although I did love #2 after about 10-15 minutes my facial expressions weren't what they were with #1 and ultimately I found out I really did LOVE one more than the other.
i love both, and i totally think it's fantastic to feel like you can work the dress and look great and slim in it. but, i think it's also really important to "feel like a bride" in your dress. it's the one dress in your life where you want that feeling, lol.
